The manufacturer mesh was converted from Collada to GLB, simplified with a
bounded geometric error, and compressed with Meshopt. Joint transforms follow
the manufacturer's UR5e visual and kinematic descriptions. The gripper and
mounting plate are illustrative additions. This is a visual demonstration,
not a calibrated digital twin. No endorsement or partnership is implied.

with bounded geometric error for real-time performance.
The source CAD explicitly describes the interior as incomplete. The added
mechanism is an illustrative animation, not a calibrated digital twin.
